We are seeking a Communications Intern to support structured messaging, content development, and brand alignment initiatives.
The Role
The Communications Intern will support strategic communications efforts across the organization, including website content, capability materials, executive messaging, and thought leadership development.
This is not a social media management role. This position focuses on professional-grade communication aligned with federal and regulated-sector environments.
You will work directly with leadership to refine messaging, ensure consistency, and support structured communication initiatives that strengthen brand credibility.
Every communication must reflect clarity, professionalism, and disciplined positioning.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in drafting and refining website content and service pages
• Support development of thought leadership articles and structured publications
• Assist in preparing capability statements and marketing collateral
• Conduct research to support messaging alignment within federal and regulated markets
• Help maintain consistent tone and brand positioning across materials
• Support executive communications and professional correspondence drafting
• Review content for clarity, structure, and professional standards
• Assist in organizing and maintaining communication documentation
Qualifications
Required
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Political Science, English, or related field
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to write in a structured, professional tone
• High attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent productivity tools
Preferred
• Interest in federal contracting, public sector communications, or regulated industries
• Experience contributing to website content or professional publications
• Familiarity with structured business writing formats
• Demonstrated ability to conduct research and synthesize findings clearly
