We are seeking a Programs Analyst to support federal growth initiatives and program oversight from early opportunity identification through post-award lifecycle tracking.

The Role

The Programs Analyst will support the full federal procurement lifecycle, including opportunity research, solicitation analysis, capture support, and structured contract oversight. This role ensures disciplined tracking of federal opportunities, alignment with company capabilities, and organized documentation control across awarded programs.

This is a strategic analytical role. You will serve as the intelligence and coordination function between growth strategy and operational execution.

Every opportunity and awarded contract must be tracked with clarity, structure, and defensibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor federal procurement platforms and agency forecasts to identify relevant opportunities

• Conduct structured analysis of RFIs, Sources Sought, RFQs, and RFPs

• Develop executive-ready summaries outlining scope, eligibility, compliance considerations, and risk factors

• Maintain and update opportunity pipeline dashboards and tracking systems

• Support early-stage capture research and competitive positioning

• Track solicitation amendments, deadlines, and submission requirements

• Assist in the development of compliance matrices and requirement crosswalks

• Monitor awarded contract performance periods, modifications, and option year timelines

• Maintain organized, audit-ready contract files suitable for federal oversight environments

• Provide structured reporting and analytical support to leadership

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Political Science, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field

• 3–5 years of experience supporting federal government programs or government contracting environments

• Demonstrated experience analyzing federal solicitations and procurement documentation

• Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation frameworks

• Strong analytical writing and structured documentation skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in compliance-driven environments

• U.S. work authorization

Preferred

• Experience supporting federal prime contractors or subcontractors

• Familiarity with procurement platforms and agency forecast systems

• Experience maintaining opportunity pipeline trackers or CRM systems

• Understanding of contract structures including CLINs, performance periods, and modifications

• Experience supporting proposal development activities

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead federal and regulated-sector technology engagements from contract initiation through final delivery.

The Role

The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end execution of technology infrastructure and enterprise software engagements. This includes coordinating procurement lifecycles, entitlement validation, documentation control, stakeholder communication, risk management, and compliance alignment.

This is an operational leadership role. You will serve as the execution backbone between vendors, distributors, internal leadership, and client stakeholders.

Every project must be delivered with precision and defensibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from initiation through completion

• Develop structured project plans aligned to contract performance periods

• Coordinate across software, hardware, and infrastructure solution providers

• Manage procurement tracking, entitlement validation, and delivery confirmation

• Maintain documentation suitable for federal oversight and audit environments, including potential Inspector General review

• Ensure sourcing integrity and regulatory compliance alignment

• Track milestones, performance metrics, and reporting requirements

• Identify execution risks and implement mitigation strategies

• Provide clear executive-level reporting and structured status updates

• Support rapid delivery cycles in time-sensitive environments

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field

• 5+ years of project management experience in technology, infrastructure, or regulated environments

• Experience managing procurement or enterprise software/hardware delivery lifecycles

• Strong organizational discipline and documentation control

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across technical and operational functions

• U.S. work authorization

Preferred

• Experience supporting federal or public sector clients

• Understanding of federal compliance environments and contract structures

• PMP certification or equivalent experience

• Background in IT infrastructure, systems integration, or enterprise platforms
